Luxury Villa Alice is located in Kono part of Dubrovnik, just above the City Walls.  The villa gives guests opportunity to indulge in the most splendid views of Dubrovnik Old City, the beautiful Adriatic and a gorgeous Lokrum island.  Large terraces, summer kitchen and a swimming pool make this your perfect holiday choice.

The spacious villa offers the home comforts with tastefully decorated rooms. The living room offers views of the sea and Dubrovnik Old Town through large glass doors, leading onto the terrace.  The villa has just been built so you may be the first to experience Dubrovnik while staying at the villa with a perfect view and all luxuries that one wants on holiday.

Further details outdoors:
There are two terraces offering the magnificent views of Dubrovnik and the Adriatic.  There are loungers around the pool, outside dining area, BBQ area, summer kitchen set amongst Mediterranean flora.  Be assured that you will want to spend the whole of your holiday on the terrace or in the pool!

 There is the most wonderful shaded terrace with bar area amongst olive trees - perfect for al-fresco dining by the pool in the evening or reading a book in the cool shade during the day ... this is my favourite spot!

The villa can accommodate large parties and provide breakfast upon request. Breakfast is 5 Euros per person and can be arranged on arrival. Airport transfer service is available upon request.

The villa is set up on the hill, so it is not recommended for elderly or people with small children as there are some stairs to climb to it. There are 40 stairs down to the house from the top of the road parking. If you wish to walk to the Old Town, embrace yourself for 400 stairs that await!  Owners are happy to provide transfer service in the most luxurious of cars.
