The living room area of the villa is located on the second floor, offering glorious views of the marina.  There is also a large fully equipped kitchen with dining area as well as a laundry room with toilet on this floor.  Going down, the first floor consists of two double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom.  The ground floor contains further two double bedrooms, and a small hall that leads to a spacious summer kitchen adjoining a luxuriously furnished patio and a swimming pool.  The villa is ideal for those who want to be close to the City happenings yet secluded in an oasis that offers all the comforts and luxuries of a quality summer holiday.
