This spacious residence is set on three floors.

The first floor boasts a spacious lounge area with exits onto the large terrace. There is also a study, kitchen and dining room area. 

The second floor offers 3 en suite bedrooms. Each bedroom has air conditioning, SAT TV, Hi-Fi, telephone, Internet and a safe.  There is also a cloakroom and the lounge area with a mini bar and balcony. 

All rooms offer uninterrupted views of the crystal blue Adriatic as well as beautiful surrounding villages.

The ground floor is reserved for those who want to relax in the terrific indoor-outdoor swimming pool with the most astonishing views of the Mediterranean flora, Croatian villages, the clear Adriatic and the blue skies.   The swimming pool comes with a whirpool, jacuzzi and a pool bar with cooled drinks. From here, you can access a lovely sun-bathing terrace.  To keep the guests in shape, there is a mini gym and wellness centre with a sauna. The professional masseurs and other treatments can be arranged.   

A large pergola with a summer kitchen, fireplace and dining space combined with the most breathtaking views add to the perfection to your holiday in Dubrovnik.   The villa is surrounded with gardens and a small fish pond encompassing a surface of 1000 square meters, a spacious garage, parking and video surveillance of the entire facility.

Please note that since some of the terraced area does not have fence it may not be suitable for very small children.
