Vila Hercegovina

Villa Hercegovina is located in the village Ivanica, in Bosnia and Herzegovina on the very border with Croatia. The villa overlooks Župa Dubrovačka and the Adriatic sea.  The newly built villa covers 170m2 and can accommodate up to 7 persons. There is an 8x4m swimming pool loated outside the villa surrounded by loungers.  There is central heating and air conditioning throughout the house.

Utilities:  fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, dishes and cutlery,  washing machine, iron, hairdryer etc

Other:  Bed linen and towels are supplied and replaced on a weekly basis

Outdoors: Terrace, swimming pool, outside BBQ area

 

Further details indoors:
The ground floor comprises a hallway, wc, laundry, modern-equipped kitchen, dining/living room. The living and dining room are connected to a large covered terrace. The swimming pool is located below the terrace.  The kitchen has direct access to the rear terrace which has a BBQ area. Please note that basic kitchen supplies are also provided for your convenience.

There are two bedrooms on the first floor. There is a twin bedroom and double bedroom with a single bed which can be used as a study as well.
Both bedrooms have direct access to the balcony. The first floor bathroom has a shower cabin. There is also a storage room on this floor.

There is a master bedroom with two walk-in wardrobes and 2 bathrooms on the second floor. One bathroom has a bathtub, the other has a shower cabin. There is also a small kitchenette. The bedroom has a balcony with magnificent views.

Baby cots and other necessities for infants/children can be provided upon request.

Large terrace with barbacue area, sunbathing area, swimming pool with lovely views.

Ivanica is a small village on the very border of Bosnia and Herzegovina with Croatia.  Please note that you will need to cross the border when going to the beach. The drive takes 10 minutes to some of the best beaches.

 

The village is located on the hills overlooking Dubrovnik Riviera in the border region between Croatia and Bosnia-Herzegovina, 5 km from the sea and 8km from Dubrovnik.
