Vila Adriatic

Villa Adriatic is located in Mlini, 9km from Dubrovnik and offers bed and breakfast service with option of going half board.  Villa Adriatic offers rooms with air conditioning, small balcony and a bathroom. There is a large outside area with garden with cherry trees, figs, lavender, and barbecue area. The owners offer a very warm welcome and at at your disposal 24/7. Suitable for large parties.

The villa comprises of 12 bedrooms each with air conditioning, bathroom and a small balcony.  It is quite basic, but clean and with beautiful outside area. The bathrooms are new and with shower units.  There is a common kitchen area where you can keep food in the fridge. However, the owners are at hand and provide hotel-like service.

Further details outdoors:
The outside space is the main advantage of this property, with a lovely garden with fig, cherry, orange, lemon trees, lavander and many other herbs, then there is a dining area, open and closed, with a large barbacue area too. Enjoy clear blue sea views while having a coffee at the terrace while waiting for the home made meal owners make, better than any restaurant meal you will try on your holiday in Dubrovnik!

There is parking space at the back of the house. If you are not with a car, the owner is happy to take you to and from the beach.

The nearest beach is 15 min walk from the apartment. The airport Cilipi is a 15-20 minute drive away.

There are a number of small local shops where fresh provisions can be bought within a 5 minute walking distance. Alternatively, there are two larger stores, Mercator and Konzum, in Srebreno [about a 10 - 15 minute walk from the apartment] where there is also a bank with ATMs in English, a pharmacy, a post office and a few café bars.

There is a local bus service [number 10] that runs every hour into Dubrovnik Old Town and the bus station and out to Cavtat. You can alternatively use bus no 16 which does a different route and is usually less busy. 

There is also a taxi boat service to Dubrovnik and Cavtat.

Activities

Boat, cycle and scooter hire is available in the centre of Mlini. There is also an internet cafe in Mlini.

For those who like to dive or snorkel Mlini is home to a PADI diving centre offering activities for both experienced divers and beginners. Off shore and in shore diving is available including night dives and under water video facilities to allow you to watch the under water activities without getting wet.

For the more adventurous person it is possible to go into the mountains on a Jeep Safari. Horse riding is possible as well and is usually operated from a location between the airport and Molunat. These activities need to be arranged through one of the companies running excursions.
