These two apartments, Jardin 1 and Jardin 2, are a real gem with a gorgeous garden right in the middle of the Old Town Dubrovnik! The apartments can accommodate up to 12 persons.

The family house Fascination, dates back to 1780, and it has a courtyard with a garden that separates the owner’s house with the house that is rented. Guests are welcome to use barbecue area in the garden, or sit at a stone table with vine leaves as a shade! The house is located opposite Domino restaurant, just above the Stradun.

The nearest beach is a 10 minute walk through the Old Town.

Jardin 2 offers 3 double rooms. The purple room also has a sofa bed and en suite bathroom. There is also a sofa bed in the lounge for extra two persons.  There is kitchen and dining area, two bathrooms and a separate toilet.  The apartment has just been refurnished but has kept its original unique style. It can accommodate up to 9 persons.

 

Further details outdoors:
The terrace is dividing two houses and overlooks the City roofs, streets and open air cinema. Feel free to use the common barbacue area.  Jardin 2 has a separate terrace area with hot water shower.

These apartment are prefect for large parties as can accommodate up to 9 persons.

The market for fresh fruit/veg and flowers, supermarkets, banks (and cash points), bakeries, ice cream parlours, cafes, bars, restaurants and shops can all be found within a short walk from the house, as can many cultural monuments, museums and galleries.
