Apartment Jardin 1

These two apartments, Jardin 1 and Jardin 2, are a real gem with a gorgeous garden right in the middle of the Old Town Dubrovnik! The apartments can accommodate up to 12 persons.

The family house Fascination, dates back to 1780, and it has a courtyard with a garden that separates the owner’s house with the house that is rented. Guests are welcome to use barbecue area in the garden, or sit at a stone table with vine leaves as a shade! The house is located opposite Domino restaurant, just above the Stradun plaza.

The nearest beach is a 10 minute walk through the Old Town.

Jardin 1 is a studio apartment with a small balcony, although guests are free to use the garden/terrace area too. There is a double bed, a sofa, SAT TV and air conditioning unit. The apartment is quite basic and with the feel of the 1980s but very clean, very central and boasts a large terrace!

Further details outdoors:
The terrace is dividing the two houses and overlooks the City roofs and streets. You are steps away from all the happenings yet Jardin provides a perfect calm and serenity from the outside hussle and bussle.

The market with fresh fruit/veg and flowers, supermarkets, banks (and cash points), bakeries, open air cinema, ice cream parlours, cafes, bars, restaurants and shops can all be found within a short walk from the house, as can many cultural monuments, museums and galleries.
