It provides a perfect base for those who want to explore the whole of Dubrovnik.  Amenities are very close by. There is a restaurant on the ground floor of the same building.  A bus station is 100-meters away.  Post Office, bank, pharmacy, supermarket, a small shopping centre are 150-meters away. The famous Lapad promenade is less than 5 minutes away and pebbly Lapad bay beaches 300-meters away.  There is a regular bus service into the Old Town (a 10 min bus ride).

Apartment consists of two bedrooms, one double and one twin.  There is a kitchen and an open plan lounge and dining area.  The apartment is equipped with all modern electric appliances. The lounge sofa can be used as an additional bed.

There is a balcony which looks onto the Gruz harbor. It offers gorgeous views of yachts and cruise ships. There is a famous yachting club and a restaurant Orsan, just down the road.

There is also very precious private parking available (protected by a barrier ramp).
