The apartment is just 2 minutes walk to restaurants, shops and the Ploce Gate into the old City of Dubrovnik. The apartment provides great views of Lokrum Island, the Adriatic and the old city of Dubrovnik. The apartment was completely renovated in 2007 and sleeps 4 adults and 2 children. A full kitchen, washer/dryer and flat screen TVs in the bedrooms and living room complete the great location and facilities. The apartment is easy to reach with public parking outside the door.

The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, a large bathroom with dual sinks and a jacuzzi shower, modern kitchen, lounge and dining area.  Bedroom 1 has a double bed and seating area.
Bedroom 2 has 2 twin beds.
Both bedrooms have ocean/old town views, desks with flatscreen TV, double-glazed windows and shutters for privacy.
The living room has a sofabed that sleeps 2 children easily.

The kitchen is fully equipped.

This ground floor apartment is convenient and affords easy access from the road. There are a small number of steps up to the front door. The apartment is on 1 level. Public parking is available outside the front door.

One of Dubrovnik's best beaches is opposite the apartment. This sand and pebble beach is directly across the road from the apartment entrance.
This great location and easy ground floor access has proven to be a great plus. Apart from the beach, there are 3 restaurants, cafes, car rental, grocery store, post office, folk center, gallery etc within a hundred yards, so no reason to rent a car or walk far.
There are 3 restaurants including a beach restaurant within a minute’s walk. Also, 2 bakeries. Casino (Argentina and Excelsior).
Grocery/convenience store Konzum. Money exchange.
Cultural centre folklore (national dance Monday and Friday at least in season).
Tourism store with postcard and tours/excursions such as sea Kayak to Lokrum Island, Tour of city walls and diving, plus Scooter, yacht, boat and Kayak rentals.
And of course all the restaurants in the Old Town are pretty close by anyway.
