The apartment is 20m from a bus stop into the Old Town, 150m from the beach and most popular walking area in Lapad full of restaurants, bars, children's play parks, tennis courts. There is also a small shopping centre nearby. The area is very popular with locals and tourists alike.  Although the beach is below the apartment you have to walk around the hotel to get to it.
