Ideally located, the apartment is a 3 minute walk to the marina and less than a 10 minute drive to Dubrovniks Old Town (for those without a car, there is a regular and cheap bus service direct to the old town). It is also a short walk from some of the best beaches in Dubrovnik area as well as some lively walking precincts. Whilst it is located in a quiet neighbourhood, it is close to all facilities - banks, supermarkets, shops, restaurants and bars.
The apartment is on of a newly built apartment building, and offers 3 well-furnished newly decorated bedrooms (1 double and 2 twin), living area, dining area, a combined bathroom/shower with a toilet, a separate toilet, fully equipped kitchen (including dish washer and microwave), a store room with a fridge and two balconies overlooking the marina. There is air conditioning in the apartment. There is also a private car parking space.
